1. Inspection of Property as per provided guidelines. Measuring the property , taking Photographs, enquiring about the fair market value of the property from Primary sources like Property dealers , Neighbourhood query. 2. Preparing Draft Valuation report as per data collected. 3. Preparing Final Valuation Report as per Building Byelaws after checking primary and secondary data. Checking for Road widening in the area, demolition list, property disputes, or any negative attributes which affects the marketability of the property. 4. Resolve Queries of the Bank vis a vis the Valuation Report. 5. Adhere to guidelines provided by Bank Technical ,Credit and Legal team. 6. Maintaining a cordial relationship with Banks/Clients for sustainable business. Skills – Ability to read engineering drawings Analytical ability to process data sets and information Working Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

This is a Field surveying job. 2 wheeler is mandatory.
