Minimum Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and trustworthy, ethical, and transparent.
* Basic computer knowledge, Stay Calm Under Pressure, and Empower & Trust Your Team
* Minimum 5-6 years of working experience with a retail pharmacy.
* Registration with the Uttarakhand state pharmacy council.
* Excellent knowledge of medications, their uses, and potential side effects.
* One must be soft-spoken, Communicate Clearly & often, and Take Responsibility.
*Takes responsibility for the team's successes and failures. They don't blame others when things go wrong.
*Has a growth mindset, willingly admits mistakes, and seeks feedback from the team to improve their own leadership.
