● No. 93, 2nd Floor, Subhash Road, Dehradun Central (Near Heritage School)

Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month

(Strictly based on interview performance & relevant experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage a team

of executives

in the India MART Catalog Production/B2B process. This role requires strong

leadership,

performance monitoring, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)

● Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (on paper)

● Prior experience handling 7–8 executives

● Strong knowledge of KRA & KPI frameworks

● Good command over MS Excel, MS Office & reporting tools

● Excellent communication and people-management skills

● Personal laptop is mandatory

● Android smartphone is mandatory

● Minimum 65% academic score across education

● Willingness to work beyond office hours when required

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

● 1 Year Experience Required as a Team Leader (On Paper).

● Minimum 65% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation (no exceptions).

● Personal laptop is mandatory.● Android smartphone is mandatory.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
