Job Title: Telecaller (Recruitment Support)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Telecaller to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and provide administrative support for our recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for recruitment-related activities

- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and team members

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries

- Maintain accurate records and update databases

- Support recruitment processes and administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in English and/or local languages

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
