Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller (B2B Sales) to connect with business clients, introduce our products/services, and generate sales leads. The candidate should be comfortable speaking with company owners, managers, and decision-makers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses and corporate clients
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Identify business needs and generate qualified leads
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with the sales team for deal closure
• Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Experience in B2B telecalling is must.
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM or call logging systems
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Qualification: Graduate 

Experience:

• Fresher or 6 months of experience in telecalling.
