Telesales Executive

We operate multiple resorts, all centrally managed from our Dehradun headquarters. We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Hotel Sales Executive to join our team and drive bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and other channels
• Promote resort packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking details
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experience

Role Overview:

This role combines sales and customer service, similar to a hotel front office profile, with a strong focus on revenue generation and client handling.

• Basic knowledge of hotel/hospitality operations (preferred)
