Job Summary

Hangout Holidays is hiring a dynamic and target-oriented Travel Sales Executive for our Dehradun office. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and promoting Char Dham and Uttarakhand tour packages.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Explain Char Dham / Do Dham / Uttarakhand tour packages
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain proper client records in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web)
• Ability to handle pressure during peak season

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per confirmed booking
• Monthly earning potential: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000+
