Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident visual storyteller who can not only shoot beautifully but also direct couples/clients, manage data responsibly, and own the shoot end-to-end.

If you can handle camera, people, and pressure — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematic video shooting for weddings, pre-weddings, couple & commercial shoots

Professional photography (portraits, candid, details, property shoots)

Actively guide & pose couples/clients for natural, flattering results

Give clear on-ground direction for movement, expressions & sequences

Maintain WTL’s visual storytelling style

Coordinate smoothly with shoot managers & post-production team

Take full responsibility of shoot data

Proper backup during/after shoots

Correct folder naming & structure

Safe handover of data as per company SOP

Handle equipment responsibly during shoots

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of DSLR / Mirrorless cameras

Excellent framing, composition & lighting sense

Experience with gimbal-based cinematic movements

Ability to direct people confidently (not camera-shy)

Understanding of shot lists & story flow

Calm mindset during long or high-pressure shoots

Good to Have (Big Plus)

Drone shooting experience

Experience with destination or hill shoots

Knowledge of reels / vertical video shooting

Own professional camera gear

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of on-ground shoot experience

Wedding / pre-wedding / commercial experience preferred

(Portfolio matters more than years)
