Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

Cloudology Kitchenlabs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Technician specializing in cold/refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration equipment used in commercial kitchens. This role requires flexibility for travel, both within Delhi/NCR and to various client locations across India for service-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

• Install, set up, and calibrate refrigeration systems, including cold rooms, freezers, and ice cream machines, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines during installation and setup to ensure the equipment operates efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance & Inspections:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and avoid equipment breakdowns.
• Implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve equipment longevity.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Replace or repair faulty components, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Customer Support & Communication:

• Provide professional customer service by answering inquiries and offering guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
• Offer on-site training for clients on the proper operation and upkeep of refrigeration systems.

Quality Control:

• Perform quality checks on refrigeration systems to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any equipment-related issues that could impact product quality.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs performed.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on equipment condition, repair requirements, and improvement recommendations.

Outstation Service:

• Travel Flexibility: The role requires frequent travel to client locations, both within Delhi/NCR and across various regions in India, for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Accommodation & Travel Allowance: The company will cover all travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and daily allowances for outstation service assignments.
• On-Site Support: Technicians are expected to manage tasks independently during outstation service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
• Timely Return: Once service tasks are completed, the technician will be provided with travel arrangements for return to the base location, ensuring efficient use of time.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with refrigeration systems or related technical fields.
• Education: ITI, Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or relevant technical field.

• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, mechanics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driving license preferred (especially for travel to client locations).
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel, including outstation trips across India.
