Academic Counselor

We are hiring Academic Counselors on a Work From Home basis who can independently generate leads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate student leads through Social Media, References, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and Local Networks

• Provide counseling to interested students regarding higher education opportunities

• Explain course details, fees structure, and admission process

• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp

• Convert leads into successful admissions

• Submit daily reports and target progress updates

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Strong Bengali communication skills are mandatory

• Smartphone and stable internet connection are required

• Knowledge of social media marketing or online lead generation will be an added advantage

• Ability to work in a target-based environment

• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Candidates with experience in Education Sales, Telecalling, or Student Counseling will get extra preference.

Training support will be provided.
