Account Assistant

We are a rapidly growing dried flower brand based in Sainik Farms, Delhi, committed to bringing beautiful, sustainable floral arrangements to our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

Location: Sainik Farms, Delhi

Experience: 0 to 1 Year

Education: Graduate in Commerce Field (B.Com, BBA, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Compliance & Reporting:

File GST Returns accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Maintain and prepare books of accounts (ledgers, journals, etc.) as per accounting standards.

Transaction Management:

Raise Invoices for all sales and ensure timely dispatch to clients.

Diligently Track Expenses and categorize them appropriately.

Systematically Track Purchases of raw materials and operational goods.

Business Operations Analysis:

Maintain a detailed B2B Tracker for all business-to-business sales and payments.

Perform SKU Analysis (Stock Keeping Unit) to monitor profitability and inventory movement for different product lines.

Conduct general financial Analysis as required by the management to support business decisions.

What We Are Looking For

A recent Commerce Graduate (B.Com, BBA, etc.).

Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation (especially GST).

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books) is a plus.
