Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: • Books keeping in ERP. • Daily Factory accounting that includes Salary management and other account related work. • Gst Return. • Account reconciliation of party accounts with ERP • Outstanding payment receiving analysis through Erp and Follow up for payment. • Outstanding bill to be paid analysis through ERP • Knowledge of advanced excel is required. • Regular follow up with vendor for material. • Material Management and valuation of physical stock. • Purchase Order processing for vendor (Vendor Management). • Eway billing. • Invoicing. • Job Work Management.
