Account Executive (Accounting)

Light Fiesta is a leading event production company specializing in SFX, lasers, and event lighting solutions. We work with top event planners and agencies across India to deliver high-impact visual experiences. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth cash flow management.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting Software: Manage and maintain company accounts using Busy or Tally software.
• Vendor Management:

• Create and maintain vendor accounts in the system.
• Track vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Order Tracking: Maintain date-wise records of orders and track related expenses.
• Expense Management:
• 
  
• Handle travel costs and reimbursements.
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain daily expense logs.
• Prepare and process payment vouchers.
• Payroll:
• 
  
• Prepare and disburse monthly staff salaries.
• Maintain attendance and payroll records.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, expense summaries, and payment schedules.
• Requirements:Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in event management or production industry).
• Proficiency in Busy or Tally accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
• Good command over MS Excel and financial record keeping.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
