Pawan Jain and Associates, a reputable legal and tax consultancy firm, with a strong client base is seeking dynamic and skilled candidates to join our team. We have openings for Accounts Executives at our clients' location.
Position : Accounts Executive for Two Wheeler Showroom: No. of Vacancies- 3
Job Description:
- Handle all types of journal entries
- Manage sales and purchase records
- Perform branch day book reconciliations
- Reconcile various payment modes (Paytm, card swipe machines, etc.)
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements in Tally
- Compute TDS and GST
- Conduct debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Other accounts-related tasks
- Assist senior team members in daily operations
Eligibility Requirements:
- Commerce graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Ready to join immediately
- Both male and female candidates are welcome
-Knowledge of working on Tally Prime
