Account Manager – (Security Services Industry)

• A. Taxation & Statutory ComplianceIndependently handle Income Tax notices and prepare replies
• Independently handle GST notices, assessments & departmental queries
• Preparation and filing of:
• 
  
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• Annual Return (GSTR-9 / 9C)
• GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs Books)
• Handling GST Audit and coordination with consultants / department
• B. Accounts & Financial ReportingPreparation of Balance Sheet & P&L
• Finalization of accounts
• TDS compliance & returns
• Support during statutory / internal audits
• C. Team & Process ManagementManaging accounts team for:
• 
  
• Billing
• Reconciliation
• GST & compliance work
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring zero compliance lapses
• D. Industry-Specific Work (Mandatory)Handling accounts of Security / Manpower / Facility Management company
• Understanding of:
• 
  
• Payroll-based billing
• Compliance-heavy operations
• Multiple state GST registrations (preferred)

STEP 4: Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory:✔ Experience in Security / Manpower / Facility Management industry

✔ Strong working knowledge of GST & Income Tax

✔ Ability to work independently without supervision

✔ Experience in handling notices & departmental replies

• Preferred:CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com with strong practical exposure
• 5+ years experience in similar role
• Knowledge of labour compliance will be an added advantage
