The finance officer would be responsible for carrying out the regular accounting and book keeping pertaining to cash collections, handling petty cash, vendor invoice processing and verification, maintaining overall hygiene in vendor advances, employee advances. 1. Accounting daily cash collections from customers and deposits as per the requirement. 2. Handling petty cash across all locations to ensure completeness of the supporting and vouching for the transactions and timely settlement of the advances. 3. Verification of vendor invoices to ensure correctness vis-à-vis contracted rates and quantity received. 4. Liaising with stores teams and Marketing teams to follow up on the vendor advances long pending items. 5. Vendor reconciliations and closure of open items. 6. Maintaining and updating various MIS on timely manner. 7. Filing of invoices/bills and other supporting documents in proper indexed files having chronological order. 8. Auditing stores for verification of physical stock and reconciliation of variances 9. Daily sales reconciliation with the different mode of collections. 10. Handling payroll data for salary processing. 11. Performing various kinds of data analysis basis, the management request.
