Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in consultative selling, understands customer needs, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Present solutions tailored to customer needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years account management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Proficiency with CRM and sales productivity tools
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales and/or SaaS environment
• Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise account
