Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Office Assistant who not only manages day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks but also demonstrates a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate should be eager to identify gaps, take initiative, take ownership of timely payment follow-ups, and contribute to smoother business & financial operations with a solution-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities


Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
  • Manage purchase entries, sales entries, and ledger accounts
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable)
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
  • Coordinate with CA/accountant for financial reporting


Office Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination
  • Maintain files, documents, and records systematically
  • Manage emails, calls, and basic correspondence
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist in inventory/stock records if required
