Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Office Assistant who not only manages day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks but also demonstrates a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate should be eager to identify gaps, take initiative, take ownership of timely payment follow-ups, and contribute to smoother business & financial operations with a solution-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
- Manage purchase entries, sales entries, and ledger accounts
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable)
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for financial reporting
Office Administration:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination
- Maintain files, documents, and records systematically
- Manage emails, calls, and basic correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Assist in inventory/stock records if required
