Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:Manage inventory inward and outward entries with accuracy and proper documentation

• Track stock movement across all departments (received, issued, and dispatched)
• Maintain real-time records of inventory levels and stock balance
• Monitor and report stock usage, shortages, and wastage
• Coordinate with departments to track allocated vs. utilized inventory
• Assist in product costing, including raw material, packaging, and logistics costs
• Calculate profit margins based on inventory usage and sales data
• Maintain records of damaged, returned, or excess stock
• Ensure proper stock reconciliation on a regular basis
• Handle miscellaneous accounting and inventory-related tasks
• Work directly with the owner and department heads for reporting and planning
• Prepare basic reports on inventory status, expenses, and profitability

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field

• Experience in inventory management and basic accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multi-department coordination
• Basic understanding of costing and profit calculation

Preferred Skills:Experience in e-commerce or online business operations

• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Analytical mindset for cost and profit tracking
