Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliation using net banking and BUSY & Tally Prime.
• Enter purchase and sales invoices accurately in BUSY & Tally Prime.
• Maintain and manage stock/inventory records in BUSY & Tally prime .
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
• Work on Excel and Google Sheets for reports.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BUSY & Tally Prime, especially for accounting and inventory.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic formulas).
• Prior experience in bank reconciliation and invoice entry is preferred.
• Must have the ability to write emails and communicate in decent English.
• Communicate with vendors and couriers for material dispatch and follow-up.
• Assist in tasks as a Personal Assistant to management when required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and web browsing is essential.

Work Mode:

• Work from Home (WFH)

Work Timings:

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
