Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Nutratec Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female candidate for the role of Accountant cum Office Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks along with general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Work:

• Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records
• Handle billing, invoicing, and purchase entries
• Manage GST-related work (filing, data entry, reconciliation)
• Bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Assist in preparing financial reports

Office Work:

• Manage office documentation and filing
• Coordinate with vendors and clients
• Handle emails, calls, and basic admin tasks
• Maintain records and support day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally / Excel / MS Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)
• Prior experience is a plus (Freshers can also apply)
