Accounts and Finance Executive

1.Responsible for preparation of accurate GST-compliant invoices for logistics and customs clearance services.

2.Handle client-wise and invoice-wise reconciliation by matching invoices, payments, and ledger entries.

3. Maintain updated customer ledgers, including tracking outstanding amounts, TDS, and adjustments.

4.Coordinate with operations and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure correctness of invoices.

5.Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for timely realization of payments and share statements of accounts.

6.Prepare aging reports, receivables summaries.

7.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, GST regulations, and audit requirements.
