• Convert PI into Tax Invoice
• Generate GST Invoice through BUSY software
• Generate E-way Bills
• Check customer credit limits before dispatch
• Verify outstanding ledger before billing
• Maintain and reconcile party ledgers

B. Payment Coordination

Confirm advance payments before dispatch

• Update payment entries in the system
• Share outstanding reports with Sales Team
• Hold dispatch in case of pending payments (as per policy)
• B. Dispatch ExecutionPrepare Dispatch Challan
• Coordinate with transporters
• Collect and maintain LR copy
• Record vehicle details
• Update dispatch register/system daily

C. Documentation ControlMaintain proper file/records of:

• Invoice copy
• E-way bill
• Packing list
• Transport LR
• Payment confirmation
