Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist in financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally / Zoho Books (Sales, Purchase, Journal Entries, Receipts, and Payments).
• Maintain and update books of accounts accurately.
• Handle bank entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries.
• Prepare and assist in GST return filing.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Work with MS Office (Word & Excel) for reporting and data management.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
• Experience with Tally accounting software.
• Experience or basic knowledge of Zoho Books.
• Knowledge of GST return preparation.
• Basic understanding of bank reconciliation.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related degree
• Experience1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred
