Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial processes, compliance, and reporting. This role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce B.Com (hons).
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
