Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and basic taxation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers

Maintain bank book and perform bank reconciliations

Ensure timely GST entries and GST return preparation

Assist in TDS calculation and filing

Maintain purchase and sales records

Support monthly closing of accounts

Coordinate with auditors and consultants

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Good analytical and communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in handling audits

Knowledge of payroll processing

Exposure to ERP systems
