Accounts Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
