Experience Required: 4–7 years (CA Firm experience preferred)Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B.Com (Hons.)

Role SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Accounts Manager to independently handle client accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The role requires end-to-end ownership of multiple client portfolios, team leadership, and strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and deliver quality service within timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinalizationIndependently manage complete books of accounts for multiple clients
• Finalization of financial statements and schedules
• Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and error rectifications
• Preparation of MIS and financial reports
• Taxation & CompliancePreparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.)
• Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR – Individual/Firm/Company)
• TDS returns and compliance management
• Handling tax notices, assessments, and departmental queries
• Providing tax planning and advisory support
• Client HandlingAct as primary point of contact for clients
• Regular communication and coordination with clients
• Understanding business needs and offering practical solutions
• Ensuring timely submission of deliverables
• Team LeadershipSupervise and guide junior accountants/articles
• Review work, allocate tasks, and ensure accuracy
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain quality control and timelines
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS laws
• Experience with Tally/Busy/Zoho/QuickBooks and MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Leadership and team management capability
• Attention to detail and deadline-driven
• PreferredPrior experience in a CA Firm
