Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, statutory compliance, cost control, inventory accounting, and coordination with auditors and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Monitor cash flow and working capital

2. Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

• Handle product costing and cost sheet preparation
• Monitor raw material consumption and inventory valuation
• Analyze production costs and suggest cost control measures
• Coordinate with production and purchase departments

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
• Maintain compliance with Companies Act and other applicable laws
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

4. Budgeting & MIS Reporting

• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Generate MIS reports for management review
• Conduct variance analysis and financial planning

5. Team Management

• Supervise accounts team and assign tasks
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls
• Train and guide junior accounting staff

6. Banking & Vendor Management

• Handle bank reconciliations and banking transactions
• Manage vendor payments and receivables follow-up
• Maintain credit control and debtor management

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Experience in cost accounting and inventory management
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel

Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on experience)
