Position: Accountant/Accounts Manager

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Noida Sector

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial statements.

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of TDS returns.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company bank transactions.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support audits by providing the required financial documents and records.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for financial matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills:Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.

Hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reportingAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:Experience working in the NBFC / Financial Services industry.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and financial audits
