About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will manage office functioning, communication, MIS, quotations, and provide administrative support to all departments.


Key Responsibilities

Office Coordination & Operations

  • Oversee daily office operations to maintain an efficient and well-organized environment.
  • Ensure office facilities, appliances, and equipment are in proper working condition.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update weekly MIS for multiple departments.
  • Prepare and share reports, presentations, and documentation accurately and on time.

Office Supplies & Facility Management

  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders proactively.
  • Ensure workplace hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all areas.

Communication Handling Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communication.

  • Ensure timely responses (within 24 hours) to emails, messages, and inquiries.
  • Financial & Admin SupportTrack administrative expenses and support budget preparation.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities in office operations.
  • Quotation PreparationPrepare and manage quotations for internal teams and clients with accuracy and consistency.

General Administrative Support

  • Support multiple departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle ad-hoc responsibilities with flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Administration (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle responsibilities independently.
