Job Description

1. Prospective Student Engagement & Admissions Counseling

  • Make outbound calls to potential students, parents, and professionals based on provided leads.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
  • Guide students through the application process, ensuring timely submission of required documents.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students choose the right course based on their goals.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic interactions and maintain a lead database.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Keep track of student interests and provide periodic updates on programs and admissions.

3. Institutional & Business Development Outreach

  • Connect with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients to promote ABCD’s programs and counseling services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, principals, and educational organizations.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions for workshops, career counseling sessions, and psychometric testing.
  • Pitch our services to potential clients, including preschools and educational centers.

4. Recruitment & Event Participation

  • Represent ABCD at career fairs, school events, and professional networking meetups.
  • Plan and execute recruitment initiatives to expand student enrollment and institutional collaborations.
  • Organize and conduct informational sessions, online webinars, and promotional activities.

5. Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Address queries and concerns from prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by offering clear guidance, support, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling student concerns and objections.

6. Compliance & Reporting

  • Follow structured call scripts while personalizing conversations to meet client/student needs.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and admission guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and generate weekly/monthly reports on leads, enrollments, and partnerships.
