Role Overview

As an Admission Counselor at Vidya Park, you will be the bridge between aspiring students and their dream universities. You will provide expert guidance on college selection, course benefits, and the admission process for top-ranked institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (telephonic) to understand student goals and suggest suitable courses/colleges.
• Lead Management: Promptly follow up on inquiries received via the website, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Admission Support: Guide students through the entire application cycle—from filling out forms to securing a seat in 500+ partner universities.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on current admission trends, fee structures, and entrance exam dates (Engineering, Medical, Management & Law).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment statuses in the CRM & Data Sheet.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in education consultancy or sales.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Mindset: Empathetic, persuasive.
• Education: Any Graduate degree
