Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a smart, confident, and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student inquiries, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for guiding students in their career journey.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle daily incoming inquiries from students & parents through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Guide students about available courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with potential leads and maintain proper records.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing correct information and building trust.
• Assist students with the online admission process, documentation, and payment steps.
• Maintain CRM data and report daily/weekly performance.
• Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English optional).

• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Forms).
• Ability to convince and counsel students.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Graduation (any stream)
• Experience in counselling/admissions/telecalling (preferred but not mandatory)
