Experience: 0.6 – 2 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admission process and convert leads into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow-ups on leads.
• Provide accurate information about eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.
• Maintain and update student records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in education counselling / sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
