Job Description
Requirement:
Looking for a well-experienced, Delhi-based Advocate with strong command over spoken and written English. The candidate must have proven expertise in NCLT matters, criminal litigation, eviction proceedings, Letter of Administration (LOA), and partition suits.
The role requires independent drafting capability, including:
- Writ Petitions, Oppression and Mismanagement
- Suits
- Replies & Rejoinders
- Interlocutory Applications (I.A.)
- Affidavits
- Quashing
Candidate should be able to handle matters end-to-end with minimal supervision.
