Job Title: Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive / Affiliate Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Senior who can lead and grow our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, managing relationships, and driving consistent sales and revenue through performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates, partners, and publishers

Develop and execute strategies to scale the affiliate program and increase revenue

Build strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration

Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better ROI

Negotiate commission structures, payouts, and partnership terms

Track conversions, traffic, and sales using affiliate tools/platforms

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate policies

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing

Proven track record of generating sales and revenue through affiliate programs

Strong network of affiliates, influencers, or publishers (preferred)

Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new affiliate signups

Affiliate-driven revenue and sales growth

Conversion rates and ROI

Active affiliate engagement and retention

Cost per acquisition (CPA) improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce / SaaS / Digital products

Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and influencer marketing

Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, etc.
