Amazon/Flipkart Seller Hub Manager

Basic Build - Bawana, DelhiBasic Build is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in Home Accessories We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon/Flipkart Seller Hub Manager to take ownership of our online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability.

• Platform Management: Oversee all daily operations of Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM) and Flipkart Seller Hub, ensuring a high seller performance rating.
• Listing and Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and A+ Content/Enhanced Brand Content, to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels across all platforms, coordinate with the warehouse team in Bawana for timely order processing, shipping, and returns management to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Sales & Advertising: Develop and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) to drive traffic and sales, focusing on optimizing ACOS/ROAS.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, profitability, market share, and returns; generate regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Manage customer feedback, reviews, and address platform-related issues (claims, penalties, suspensions) quickly and effectively.
• Pricing & Promotions: Analyze competitor pricing and plan strategic promotional activities and discounts in alignment with platform sale events.
• Required Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and growing sales on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub in India.
• Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our Bawana, Delhi location.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge and proficiency in using all features of Amazon and Flipkart Seller Dashboards.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
