Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCNC machine installation, alignment, calibration, and commissioning.
- Handling breakdown calls, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct machine trials, sample production support, accuracy inspection.
- Provide operator training, machine programming & operation guidelines.
- Coordinate with design & production team for technical modifications.
- Prepare service reports, visit summaries, and maintain documentation.
- Support sales team with technical solutions and application presentations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain communication during service.
- Perform preventive maintenance at customer sites as scheduled.
- Assist in retrofit, automation and improvement projects.
- Required Skills / KnowledgeKnowledge of CNC systems (Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi etc.)
- Application knowledge of CNC grinding machines / tool room machinery.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T, hydraulics & pneumatics.
- Hands-on experience in machine assembly, service or application support.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels & controllers (advantage).
- Good communication skills – Hindi & English
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
