Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural plans, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with local building codes. The role also involves collaboration with construction teams to ensure precision and quality in execution.

Software skills needed

Proficiency in Autocad, sketchup, revit

Preference to the cadidate with added knowledge of 3ds max, lumion, adobe suite- specially indesign and photoshop

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills- revit knowledge is a must
• Experience in Submittals and Project Management
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional degree in Architecture and relevant licensure
