Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per Godrej policies

Drive revenue growth across assigned territory

Channel Management

Develop and manage dealer/distributor network

Expand retail presence and appoint new dealers

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners

Coordinate with Godrej company officials as per guidelines

Market Analysis

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Identify new business opportunities (B2B / B2C)

Product Promotion

Promote Godrej products like home lockers, safes, furniture

Conduct demos, exhibitions, and customer awareness activities

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports

Follow Godrej sales and distribution policies strictly

Strong local market knowledge of Delhi NCR

Proven track record in sales & target achievement

Preferred Skills

Experience in Godrej or similar brand products

Strong negotiation & convincing skills

Ability to handle pressure & achieve targets

Leadership and team management ability
