Salary: 25,000- 30,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Mix N Fix is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a high-impact Area Sales Manager who

knows the construction-chemical market and can drive growth across the NCR region.


Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building distributor & contractor networks, and expanding our construction chemical footprint in the region. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, field execution, and strategic thinking.


Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new markets, contractors, distributors & key project opportunities.
  • Grow existing accounts and drive upselling & cross-selling.
  • Customer & Channel Management
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors & end-users.
  • Conduct product demos, on-site trainings, and provide technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market shifts.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Product & Technical Expertise
  • Develop deep knowledge of Mix N Fix products: adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.
  • Support the technical team with demos and application guidance.
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Qualifications
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering / Chemistry / Business (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in construction chemicals (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of tile adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, admixtures, RMP,
  • epoxy, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively within NCR.
