Artist Manager

TheLiveShow is a leading platform for discovering and booking live musicians for weddings, private events, and corporate gigs. With 1200+ shows completed and a fast-growing artist network, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Artist Manager to help onboard, manage, and grow our talent pool.

As an Artist Manager, your primary role will be to identify high-potential performers, evaluate their profiles, and support them through onboarding and readiness for bookings. You will play a key role in building trust with artists and maintaining strong relationships that result in successful gigs.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and reach out to quality musicians and bands across India
• Evaluate artist videos, images, and presence to ensure platform standards
• Guide artists through the onboarding process, addressing any queries
• Help artists optimize their profiles for better visibility and bookings
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content) to highlight top talent

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in artist management, events, or talent scouting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the live music scene and artist expectations
• Ability to manage multiple artists and timelines effectively
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRMs
