Role OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join as Assistant Managers with leading banking clients. This role offers a structured 6-month training program, after which candidates will be placed in key operational or customer-facing roles within the bank.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily banking operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
• Support relationship management and client servicing activities
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements
