Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and branch activities
• Drive savings and current account openings as per targets
• Build and manage relationships with customers to increase product penetration
• Promote cross-sell products such as Debit Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, FD/RD, etc.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank norms
• Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth account activation
• Track daily sales activities and share regular MIS reports
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards
