Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – OTC Division

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 2, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our OTC (Over-the-Counter) division. The candidate will be responsible for driving field sales, expanding market presence, and managing distributor and retailer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand OTC product reach in the assigned territory
• Manage and develop distributor and retailer networks
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor market performance
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration
• Build strong relationships with chemists, retailers, and key stakeholders
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely reporting and sales data management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in the OTC division
• Proven experience in field sales
• Strong understanding of distribution and retail networks
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in brands like Pet Saffa, Kuka, and Multani will be given preference
