Job Description
Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, providing menus, taking orders accurately, and handling customer complaints or special requests.
Table Management: Clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables immediately after customers leave, and resetting them for the next guest.
Service & Order Taking: Serving food and beverages, refilling drinks, and communicating orders to the kitchen/bar staff.
Maintenance & Sanitation: Maintaining cleanliness in the seating area and serving stations, including wiping down surfaces and handling dirty dishes.
