Senior Executive/Associate Manager - Inside Sales position with Leadership Radius (www.leadershipradius.com) requires an individual with a minimum of 1-year experience in tele counseling and telesales, preferably in Undergraduate/Post Graduate Colleges, Ed-Tech, or Training Companies. 

Talented Freshers will also be considered for this position.

It is an individual contributor role with a great incentive structure and good potential for growth.

Role Snapshot:-
• Doing Outbound Calls on Leads in the system and resolving queries about various course offerings.
• Assisting prospective students in selecting the best-fit college/university based on various parameters
• Handholding the students to ensure they follow the due diligence process of college and register for the selected course
• Adhering to Call Quality Parameters like Turn around Time, Communicating correct information, Maintaining proper follow-ups, and Close the Leads


Key Requirements
• Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of one year of compulsory Telesales Experience
• Excellent Spoken and Written English Language Skills
• Telephone Etiquettes
• Negotiation and Logical Thinking
• Experience in working on any CRM Software
