Audit Assistant Manager

Job Title: F&B Controller (Food & Beverage)Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented F&B Controller to manage our inventory, control costs, and ensure the financial health of our food outlets. You will be responsible for monitoring the movement of stock from the store to the kitchen and ensuring that wastage is kept to an absolute minimum.

• Key Responsibilities
• Cost Control: Monitor daily food and beverage costs and investigate any discrepancies between actual and theoretical usage.
• Inventory Management: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock takes and reconcile them with the POS system.
• Vendor Management: Verify invoices, check market prices, and ensure we are getting the best quality ingredients at the right price.
• Menu Engineering: Work with the kitchen team to calculate the food cost for every dish (including our specialty millet-based and North Indian menus).
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, wastage, and "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS).
• Audit: Perform surprise checks on portion sizes and kitchen wastage logs.
• RequirementsExperience: 2–4 years of experience as an F&B Controller or Cost Controller in a restaurant or QSR chain.
• Skills: Strong command over MS Excel and restaurant POS software (e.g., Petpooja, Posist, or similar).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory cycles, yield testing, and recipe costing.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Finance is preferred.
