Automation Engineer

Responsibilities of candidate include: A person who comes with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the automation field of PLC programming, HMI Design and Industrial SCADA in FUJI, and Siemens systems . Core Work Profile is to Design, Commission and Implement projects using PLC,HMI & SCADA . Job Profile • To Design, Develop, Implement & Commission Projects using PLC and SCADA • To Program PLC, Design SCADA/HMI Graphics, Configure Alarms, Reports, History etc • To Implement PLC Networking : Redundant Design, servo drives linear actuators, conveyors, AC Dives • Most PLC & SCAD Projects would be done for Single PLC based machines • To Handle and support on control program rectification along with developing programs for new application with scratch. Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of FUJI PLC,HMI and AC Servo systems . • Must be Certified in PLC Programming on FUJI, Siemens etc • Should have executed projects using MICREX for SPF Series of FUJI • Should have integrated Servo drive,PLC and HMI for fuji in single project. • PLC Networks/Protocols like Modbus TCP, BACnet, SNMP, CC Link IE Field, OPC UA • Application knowledge / domain expertise for Process, Conveyors, extruders. • Working knowledge of Energy Managements, Equipment efficiency, Analytics etc. • Should have a Knowledge of Using Workplace Tools like Gmail, Calendar, Jam Board, Meet, Slack, Zoom and Microsoft Teams Educational Qualification • BE or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics • Certified Course for PLC Programming & HMI/SCADA Design and servo drive
